Add Award Infomation Fields to Renwal Settings Worksheet

I have no way to load in renewal opportunity amounts, now or later when renewals populate on the disbursement date.  It would be awesome if similar to the initial opportunities worksheet mass update feature if we could as SU users be able to at least load in the "Award Information" fields on the Renewal Settings worksheet for the future renewal templates.

Opportunity AmountThe total funds available.
Opportunity AwardsThe number of awards available.
Minimum Award AmountThe minimum amount possible to award.
Maximum Award AmountThe maximum amount possible to award.

This is really important for folks who have specific amounts for renewals vs. initial awards where they need to be separated out and NOT tied into one amount using the Fund Period.

UPenn processes their renewals and then initial awards for example and need to know how many award and amounts are set aside for each.  It would be great if similar to the mass loading of opportunity amounts could be done for renewals if desired as well by the client but thinking short term adding these to the setting worksheet for us to do would be a quick fix potentially.  My two cents of course.  Thanks!

I have an example here in UPENN of what I am trying to update, the renewal future template: https://upenn.academicworks.com/admin/opportunities/14353

    Hi All,

UPenn is going live this week and starting to load in award amounts.  Any updates on if this could be added to the tool to load in with the renewal settings worksheet by Implementation/Client Support?

They need to process initial awards first but have this on their radar to follow up on as they do not use Fund Periods.  If we cannot load it for them, or them mass update themselves we will need to request that Engineering does this later FYI.  They have about 2400 portfolios currently so, manual updates are not really an option.

    Thanks!  Cammy
